Polish youth fencing clubs secure medals at regional tournaments

At the XII Children Games held on 6–7 June 2026 in Gliwice, the MKS GRYF Mielec fencing section earned a bronze medal when Tymoteusz Murdza placed third in the cadet (zuch) category. The team also reached the final eight, with Alina Mroczka finishing eighth, while other club members competed across several age groups.

In Bydgoszcz, the UKS MDK 5 club organized a Children’s Day foil tournament for girls and boys born in 2014‑2016 and younger. The event emphasized fun and friendly competition; participants received medals and the top finishers were awarded cups, with winners such as Kornelia Gockowiak, Rita Stachowska‑Shala, Stanisław Konieczka and Artur Buda highlighted in the results.
