Polish zloty rates for Swiss franc and euro posted on 12 June 2026
On 11 June 2026 the Swiss franc traded at 4.62096 zloty, slipping to 4.60521 zloty on 12 June 2026. The euro was quoted at 4.24460 zloty on 12 June 2026. The Swiss franc (CHF) is the official currency of Switzerland and Liechtenstein, managed by the Swiss National Bank, and is traditionally viewed as a safe‑haven asset. In the EU, the SARON rate has replaced the CHF‑LIBOR reference in financial contracts since 1 January 2022, prompting many Polish borrowers with franc‑denominated loans to sue banks, with many cases ending favorably for the plaintiffs. The euro (EUR) serves as the common currency of 19 EU members and several non‑EU states, issued by the European Central Bank, and remains the world’s second‑most traded currency after the US dollar.
