Polistena Mayor Michele Tripodi concludes Villaggio Rosso festival

The Villaggio Rosso festival, organized by the Rifondazione Comunista circle and the Generazione.com association, has concluded in Polistena. The four-day event featured debates with various national and local political figures.

During the closing speeches, Polistena Mayor Michele Tripodi and Vice Mayor Giuseppe Politanò highlighted local administration achievements. Key points included the use of devolved administrative allowances to fund job opportunities for unemployed youth and the implementation of social projects for the elderly and at-risk minors. The administration also noted receiving 4 million euros for the ‘Desteenazione’ project aimed at disadvantaged minors and emphasized the efficiency of the local water service.
