Political analyst criticizes Spanish National Police conduct

Political analyst Sarah Santaolalla has criticized the conduct of the Spanish National Police during an appearance on the program ‘Malas Lenguas Noche’. Santaolalla accused the force of preparing for a potential right-wing government ahead of the general elections scheduled for November 29.

Her criticisms included the police presence during the eviction of an elderly resident in Madrid and the protection provided to journalist Vito Quiles, who is subject to a restraining order. Santaolalla also cited an incident in Valencia involving a retired teacher who was injured during a protest.

In a separate segment of the same program, Luisa, a representative from the Marea de Pensionistas, expressed frustration with host Jesús Cintora regarding the discussion of pension security. During the broadcast, she also criticized Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez regarding government policies and arms negotiations.
