Political and legal organizations hold leadership meetings in Sulawesi

The Golkar Party's South Sulawesi regional leadership (DPD I) held a plenary meeting to consolidate its new management for the 2026–2031 period. Led by Chairman Ilham Arief Sirajuddin, the party aims to increase its legislative seats across all levels in upcoming elections. The organization plans to strengthen its management through digital technology, information systems, and administrative improvements.

In Southeast Sulawesi, the National Leadership Council of PERADI Profesional, led by Harris Arthur Hedar, inaugurated 120 new regional board members for the Kendari, Kolaka, Andoolo, and Baubau areas. Hedar emphasized that the legal organization should focus on legal education and the protection of community rights to prevent legal issues before they escalate, rather than only intervening during active court cases.
