Political campaigns for state deputies intensify in Brazil

Political campaigns for state deputy positions are gaining momentum in Brazil. In Foz do Iguaçu, Deoclecio Duarte of the União Brasil party held a large march on Avenida Brasil to mobilize supporters ahead of the final election week. Duarte, who has established a presence in over 100 municipalities across Paraná, is targeting approximately 35,000 votes, focusing his platform on health, security, infrastructure, and job creation.

In Barão de Melgaço, Mayor Margareth Gonçalves organized a meeting to support the reelection campaign of state deputy Paulo Araújo (Republicanos). The event highlighted previous investments made by Araújo in the municipality, including resources for health, education, road maintenance, and urban infrastructure such as LED lighting and water supply improvements.
