Political candidates advance campaigns in São Paulo

Internet personality Manoel Gomes, known for his music, has announced his candidacy for federal deputy. His platform includes raising the minimum wage to 2,500 reais, ending the 6x1 work schedule, and establishing a “Bolsa Caneta Azul” program to support small artists.

In the Grande ABC region, federal deputy Alex Manente (Cidadania) and former vice-mayor Luiz Zacarias (Podemos) have formed an electoral alliance. The duo aims to increase the region's representation in both federal and state parliaments, arguing that more representatives will secure more resources and government attention for local infrastructure, health, and education.
