Political developments emerge in Concordia and Tigre

In Concordia, the Nueva Esperanza party has officially launched, aiming to provide a political alternative for residents, workers, and former leaders who feel disconnected from traditional political structures. César Pablo “Cachacha” Avallone, general secretary of the STEMC municipal union, and former councilman Miguel Guitar stated that the movement is built on direct territorial work and neighborhood engagement to address the perceived neglect of citizens by current leadership.

In Tigre, Segundo Cernadas, a representative of La Libertad Avanza and former councilman, expressed skepticism regarding the functionality of the new municipal hospital being promoted by Mayor Julio Zamora’s administration. Cernadas also noted a lack of current dialogue between himself and the local leadership of La Libertad Avanza, suggesting that local political maneuvering is currently secondary to the public's interest in national issues such as presidential performance, security, health, and education.
