Political leaders in Sonora consolidate support for Governor Durazo

Political figures in Sonora are consolidating support for the current administration and the ‘Fourth Transformation’ movement. Celida López held an assembly in Hermosillo with over 8,000 attendees, where she positioned herself as a candidate for the coordination of the Committees for the Defense of the 4T. López emphasized the continuity of the leadership of Governor Alfonso Durazo and President Claudia Sheinbaum.

In a separate meeting, Omar Del Valle Colosio of the Green Ecological Party of Mexico (PVEM) met with Governor Durazo to discuss strengthening party efforts within the state. The meeting included legislators and municipal leaders, focusing on maintaining agreements to support the ongoing transformation project in Sonora and addressing the needs of local communities.
