Political leadership changes occur in Diyarbakır and Muğla

Leadership changes have occurred within regional branches of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) and the Turkish Public Employees Foundation (TÜRKAV) in Turkey.

In Diyarbakır, MHP Provincial Chairman Miktat Arslan, who has held the position since 2022, handed over his duties to Hasan Özcoşkun. Arslan stated that his goal was to strengthen the party's institutional structure in the region, noting that the change follows instructions from MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli. Özcoşkun expressed that he views the appointment as an opportunity to serve the nation.

In Muğla, the leadership of the TÜRKAV provincial branch transitioned from Murat Atayeter to İlker Koçar. MHP Muğla Provincial Chairman Emrah Oltulu attended the handover, describing the foundation as a significant organization for representing national values and loyalty to the state. Oltulu emphasized that while leadership roles change, the core mission remains constant.
