Political parties in Querétaro outline candidate selection processes

Political parties in Querétaro, Mexico, are outlining their internal processes for selecting candidates. Santiago Nieto Castillo, representing Morena, announced that the party will maintain its political alliance with the PVEM and PT. He stated that Morena will define its candidates through internal surveys conducted by the National Survey Commission and the National Elections Commission to ensure equitable conditions.

Simultaneously, Querétaro Governor Mauricio Kuri González addressed the selection of candidates for the PAN party. Kuri emphasized that the determination of profiles for state and municipal coordinations rests entirely with the PAN. While noting the political strength of figures such as Tania Ruiz Castro, he maintained that the party's internal organs will be responsible for announcing official decisions regarding upcoming leadership roles.
