Political strategist Bruno Passos de Oliveira missing in Fortaleza

Political strategist Bruno Passos de Oliveira, 37, has been reported missing in Fortaleza, Brazil. He was last seen between Sunday night, October 4, and the early hours of Monday, October 5, following a celebration for the re-election of Ceará Governor Elmano de Freitas.

The event took place at a committee located on Washington Soares Avenue in the Luciano Cavalcante neighborhood. Since the disappearance, Passos has not reported to work, and his phone remains turned off, making contact with friends and family impossible.

At the time of his disappearance, Passos was reportedly wearing a red shirt and beige shorts. The Civil Police of Ceará have launched an investigation to determine his whereabouts and the circumstances of his disappearance.
