Political tensions rise in San Juan de La Rambla and Aragon

In San Juan de La Rambla, the People's Party (PP) has criticized Juan Siverio, spokesperson for AUP Sí Se Puede, following his decision to promote a motion of censure alongside the PSOE. PP spokesperson Dolores Rodríguez questioned the political coherence of the move, noting that Siverio has previously clashed with the PSOE. Rodríguez suggested the timing, occurring seven months before municipal elections, raises questions about whether the initiative is a genuine government project or an electoral operation.

In Aragon, an internal Podemos document has detailed a crisis within the party's regional branch. The document alleges interference from the national leadership in Madrid, specifically naming Secretary of Organization Pablo Fernández. It also criticizes regional spokesperson María Goikoetxea, citing her 24,000-euro salary for a part-time contract and an alleged pact with Chunta Aragonesista to include Podemos members on CHA lists for the Zaragoza City Council. The internal report describes the party's status in the capital as being 'on a dead end' following poor regional election results.
