Pollena Trocchia boosts social services with new hires in Ambito N24

The municipality of Pollena Trocchia signed contracts for new full‑time, three‑year staff members selected through a Ministry of Labour competition. The hires will strengthen the Office of Planning and territorial social services of the Ambito Territoriale Sociale N24, which serves Pollena Trocchia, Volla, Cercola and Massa di Somma. Coordinator Ilaria Ranaldi welcomed the new employees, noting their added value for the local administration. Social policies assessor Carmen Filosa emphasized that the new professionals, with expertise in administrative, accounting, educational, pedagogical and psychological fields, will improve the efficiency and quality of services for vulnerable residents. Mayor Carlo Esposito said the reinforcement marks a decisive step forward, overcoming past difficulties and ushering in a new phase of growth for the region.
