Pollo Week 2026 festival launches across Colombia

The Pollo Week 2026 gastronomic festival is taking place across Colombia from September 21 to September 27. Organized by Pollo Colombiano, FENAVI/FONAV, and content creator Tulio Recomienda, the event features approximately 350 participating restaurants across ten cities, including Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Armenia, Pereira, Manizales, Ibagué, and Villavicencio.

During this week, participating establishments offer specialized chicken-based dishes—such as burgers, sandwiches, wings, baos, and bowls—for a fixed price of 20,000 Colombian pesos. The initiative aims to showcase culinary innovation using chicken, one of the country's most consumed foods. Diners can use the Tulio Recomienda application to vote for their favorite dishes and establishments via QR codes.
