Pollux Hotels Group maintains highest idAAA rating

PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk has maintained its idAAA(cg) or Triple A rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) for its Sustainability Related Bonds I Year 2025, Series A and Series B.

The idAAA(cg) rating is the highest level on PEFINDO’s scale, reflecting the issuer's ability to meet long-term financial obligations compared to other Indonesian issuers. The rating is valid for the monitoring period from July 7, 2026, to July 1, 2027.

The total value of the Sustainability Related Bonds I Year 2025 is Rp500 billion. Series A has a principal value of Rp55 billion with a fixed interest rate of 5.85% per annum and a three-year tenor. Series B has a principal value of Rp445 billion with a fixed interest rate of 6.25% per annum and a five-year tenor.

President Director Handojo Koentoro Setyadi stated that maintaining this rating is a significant achievement that reflects confidence in the company's fundamentals and its ability to consistently meet financial obligations while pursuing sustainable growth in the hospitality and property sectors.
