Polo Frassoni celebrates ten years of elderly care in Lecco

The Polo Frassoni in Lecco, Italy, celebrated its tenth anniversary on September 26, 2026. Established in April 2016, the facility was created through a collaboration between the Fondazione Fratelli Frassoni and the Fondazione Comunitaria del Lecchese, involving a total investment of approximately 4.4 million euros with support from the Fondazione Cariplo Housing Fund.

Managed by the L’Arcobaleno Società Cooperativa Sociale Onlus, the center integrates residential, semi-residential, and local services. The structure includes an Integrated Day Center with a 40-person capacity and 24 protected housing units for self-sufficient elderly individuals. Over the past decade, the facility has hosted 257 residents in its housing units and 20 participants in the Day Center, while serving as a key resource for information and guidance for families and caregivers.
