Polo Hotels Group launches Chapter Hotels & Resorts brand

Polo Hotels Group has announced the launch of Chapter Hotels & Resorts, a new upscale boutique hospitality brand designed for experience-driven travelers. The brand focuses on integrating local culture, architecture, and traditions into its properties to offer destination-specific experiences.

The first property, Chapter Lakeside in Tripura, is a 17-key resort located on the shores of Rudrasagar Lake near Agartala. Scheduled to open later this year, the resort will feature a lake-view swimming pool, a poolside bar, and boat transfers. Following this, the group plans to open Chapter Resort Upper Shillong, a 37-key property in Meghalaya situated among paddy fields.

According to Deval Tibrewalla, CEO of Hotel Polo Towers Limited, the brand aims to tell a unique local story at every location. The expansion pipeline includes planned properties in West Bengal, Nagaland, and other destinations across Northeast India, encompassing heritage sites and leisure circuits.
