Polo Municipal Hospital strengthens internal coordination to improve healthcare

The Polo Municipal Hospital in Barahona held a working meeting with its administrative and medical staff to strengthen internal organization and optimize healthcare services. The session included participation from general and specialist doctors, nursing staff, bioanalysts, dentists, pharmacy personnel, and representatives from vaccination, tuberculosis, and HIV programs.

The meeting focused on departmental coordination, operational functionality, and identifying existing needs to improve response capacity and service quality. These efforts align with the public health network strengthening policies promoted by the National Health Service (SNS) and the Enriquillo Regional Health Service (SRSEN).
