Polo Tecnológico La Nube celebrates its first anniversary

The Polo Tecnológico La Nube in Concepción del Uruguay is celebrating its first anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the city's economic and productive transformation. The hub serves as an innovation center designed to bridge the gap between universities and the socio-productive sector.

Over the past year, the center has worked to combat the 'brain drain' phenomenon by providing local opportunities for highly trained youth. Key achievements include facilitating internships, supporting graduation projects, and offering incubation and mentorship to students. Additionally, the hub has enabled professionals to work via remote talent models, allowing them to reinvest their earnings into the local economy.

To commemorate the anniversary, an event titled ‘La Nube: Un año impulsando el futuro de nuestra región’ will be held on Friday, September 25. The program includes discussions on digital transformation in businesses and panels addressing current challenges in the commercial and productive sectors.
