Polonia Bydgoszcz secured a commanding 58‑32 victory over Moonfin Magnus Ostrów Wielkopolski in a Metalkas 2 Ekstraliga speedway meeting. The team overcame a slow start, which captain Szymon Woźniak attributed to “falling asleep at the start” and a heavily compacted second lane on the track.

After adjusting equipment and track settings, Woźniak and his teammates rallied, winning four subsequent heats and never losing a point. Woźniak said, “The real art is to win when it’s not going well,” highlighting the squad’s ability to compensate for any weak individual performance. The next league match is scheduled for Sunday, 19 July, in Poznań.
