Polresta Bandung and Polda Jabar undergo leadership changes

The West Java Regional Police (Polda Jabar) and the Bandung City Police (Polresta Bandung) have undergone leadership transitions as part of organizational restructuring and career development.

In Bandung, Kombes Pol Tri Suhartanto has officially taken command of Polresta Bandung, succeeding Kombes Pol Aldi Subartono. Subartono, who led the unit for approximately 21 months since January 2025, is moving on to attend the Indonesian National Police Senior Staff and Leadership School (Sespimti Polri). During his tenure, Polresta Bandung achieved a first-place ranking in security and public order analysis (Anev Kamtibmas) within the West Java region for 2025, maintained a 92 percent case resolution rate through August 2026, and recorded a public satisfaction index of 85.59 percent.

Simultaneously, Polda Jabar implemented broader changes involving several key officials. Irjen Pol Pipit Rismanto confirmed these mutations are intended to optimize organizational performance and public service quality. Notable changes include the appointment of Kombes Pol Mochammad Yoris Maulana Yusuf Marzuki as Head of the Propam Division and Kombes Pol Dr. Bismo Teguh Prakoso as Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimsus).
