Polri integrates 110 emergency service into SuperApp and Jakarta-Cikampek toll road

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has integrated the 110 emergency service into its SuperApp, providing a unified digital platform for public assistance. The service is integrated down to the local level (Polsek) to ensure reports are directed to the nearest relevant authorities for faster response times.

Additionally, the 110 emergency hotline is now fully operational and toll-free along the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road. This 24-hour service allows motorists to report emergencies by dialing 110 and providing clear location details, such as kilometer markers, to facilitate rapid assistance from officers.
