Polsat News journalists clash on-air over Ukrainian aid topic

During a broadcast of the program ‘Z drugiej strony’ on Polsat News, journalists Agnieszka Gozdyra and Grzegorz Jankowski engaged in a heated on-air argument regarding the topic of Ukrainians in Poland.

The dispute began when Jankowski read a viewer's question concerning social sentiment and a survey indicating that 60 percent of respondents do not support aid for Ukraine. Gozdyra accused the framing of such topics of being inflammatory, leading to a confrontation where she told Jankowski, ‘Nie drzyj się’ (Don't yell).

Jankowski accused Gozdyra of manipulation and suggested her perspective was biased due to her being from Warsaw, while Gozdyra characterized Jankowski as a populist who uses singular narratives to represent entire societies.
