Polsat Plus appoints Anna Miller-Pytlak as new CFO after 17‑year tenure of Katarzyna Ostap‑Tomann

Katarzyna Ostap‑Tomann, who has overseen finance for Polsat Plus Group for 17 years, submitted her resignation effective 31 July 2026. She will remain as an adviser until 30 September to ensure a smooth handover.

Anna Miller‑Pytlak, the group’s deputy CFO since 2016, will assume the CFO role in August 2026. Eryk Walkiewicz, a longtime member of the finance team, will take over as deputy CFO, handling financing and liquidity management. Tomasz Szeląg, a member of the supervisory board, praised Ostap‑Tomann’s contribution and expressed confidence in the continuity of the group's financial stability under the new leadership.
