Polskie Radio introduces new arrangement of “Polka Dziadek”

Łukasz L. U. C. Rostkowski has prepared a new arrangement of the iconic “Polka Dziadek,” the most recognizable musical theme from the “Lato z Radiem” program on Polskie Radio Program 1. The new version, which aims to provide a contemporary sound to the traditional motif, will premiere on August 26 after 11:00 AM.

The arrangement was created in collaboration with the Polish Radio Orchestra in Warsaw and the Rebel Babel Orchestra. This project is part of a broader initiative to create various interpretations of the track, following previous versions by Urszula Dudziak, Jacek Królik, and DJ Sarnula.
