Polymarket launches perpetual futures; zerohash and EDGE Markets partner for crypto funding
Polymarket has expanded its services by launching a perpetual futures platform that allows international users to trade with up to 20x leverage. The new offering includes 10 initial markets covering cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as commodities and indices such as gold, silver, the S&P 500, and WTI oil. The company is also working to scale its infrastructure to handle up to 200,000 orders per second.
In a separate development, zerohash and EDGE Markets have announced a partnership to provide real-time funding for EDGE Boost customers. This integration allows for 24/7/365 account funding using stablecoins and digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum, facilitating faster movement of capital in always-on markets such as prediction markets and gaming. EDGE Markets reported processing over $2 billion in transactions since the 2025 launch of EDGE Boost.
