Pomigliano Teatro Festival launches second edition in August 2026

The Pomigliano Teatro Festival in Pomigliano d'Arco, Italy, will hold its second edition from 5 August to 13 September 2026. Organized by director Felice Panico with support from the city’s cultural, budget, heritage and sport departments and under the moral patronage of the Campania region and the Metropolitan City of Naples, the festival expands its venues to include the Cortile di Palazzo Municipio, Sala delle Capriate, Aula Consiliare, Cortile di Palazzo Orologio and the Giardino del Centro Giorgio La Pira, turning the whole town into a dispersed stage.

The program offers a continuous schedule of prose theatre, music, scenic readings, documentary screenings, training sessions and performances dedicated to sport and civic engagement. The opening show on 5 August features Giovanni Ludeno in “S‑Enz”, a tribute to contemporary playwright Enzo Moscato, accompanied by live music from Paolo Polcari and visual designs by Roberto‑C. Admission to performances and special events is free while seats last.
