Pompieropoli event in Conegliano draws over 500 children

The Pompieropoli event in Conegliano, an initiative dedicated to safety and organized by the Vigili del Fuoco, saw a sold-out turnout of over 500 children and their parents. The program aimed to introduce children to law enforcement, the fire department, and the world of volunteering through games and practical tests.

Local officials, including Mayor Fabio Chies, attended the event alongside representatives from the State Police, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, Red Cross, and Civil Protection. The initiative was part of the ‘The Big One’ weekend, which included solidarity programs to fund headwear for oncology patients. Participants received certificates of participation at the conclusion of the activities.
