Poncitlán wastewater treatment plants enter final construction phase

Wastewater treatment plants in San Miguel Zapotitlán and Santa Cruz El Grande, located in the municipality of Poncitlán, Jalisco, have entered their final construction phase. Officials from the National Water Commission (CONAGUA) and the State Water Commission (CEA) recently inspected the sites to monitor progress.

According to municipal reports, the facilities are currently undergoing fine-tuning and adjustments. Before formal delivery to the municipality, the plants must undergo a one-month operational testing period conducted by the construction company. The commencement of this testing phase is contingent upon finalizing an agreement with the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE).
