Ponta do Jardim celebrates traditional Círio de Nazaré

The community of Ponta do Jardim, located in the municipality of Godofredo Viana, held the traditional Círio de Nossa Senhora de Nazaré. The religious procession brought together residents and devotees for a walk marked by prayers and expressions of faith.

Local government officials, including the municipal secretary of Culture and Youth, Neto Weba, participated in the event. This year's celebration is particularly significant as the tradition approaches its Golden Jubilee, marking 50 years of history this coming October.
