Ponta Grossa hosts major entrepreneurship and innovation events

Ponta Grossa, Paraná, recently hosted significant events focused on entrepreneurship and innovation. The Encontro Paranaense de Jovens Empreendedores (EPJE), organized by Faciap Jovem and ACIPG Jovem, brought together approximately 400 young entrepreneurs from 44 different cities. The event served to integrate young business councils across the state and provide professional training and networking opportunities.

Additionally, the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) participated in the Expo Favela Innovation Paraná. This event, promoted by the Athús Institute and the Central Única das Favelas (Cufa) Paraná, highlights entrepreneurship, culture, and innovation originating from peripheral communities. The expo featured 30 selected businesses and included academic activities from UEPG, such as pharmacy demonstrations and entrepreneurial guidance, aiming to connect university resources with local populations.
