Ponte de Lima hosts health and wellness expo

The municipality of Ponte de Lima is hosting the Expo Saúde e Bem-Estar on October 10 and 11 at the Pavilhão de Feiras e Exposições. The event is designed to promote physical and mental health through a diverse program including lectures, workshops, and sporting activities for all ages.

Key activities include a solidarity walk organized by the Casa do Pessoal do Hospital Conde Bertiandos and the ‘Lethes Move-te’ project in the historic center. Specific offerings include first aid workshops by the Bombeiros Voluntários de Ponte de Lima, yoga sessions, and ‘Cross Kids’ for children. The program also features academic lectures and professional sessions addressing mental health and oncology.
