Ponte Rosso-Tagliamento approves 61 million euro industrial plan

The Ponte Rosso-Tagliamento Local Economic Development Consortium has approved its 2027-2029 industrial and public works plan. The approved budget exceeds 61 million euros and focuses on five key areas: infrastructure, heritage, industrial settlement and development, environmental monitoring and protection, and services for companies and the territory.

Under the presidency of Stefano Pizzato, the Consortium is expanding its operational scope across western Friuli. The plan covers approximately 700 hectares and supports 350 companies and over 8,000 direct workers. Planned investments include improvements to road networks, railways, water systems, and the recovery of productive spaces. The Consortium's reach now extends through various agreements with municipalities such as Spilimbergo, Morsano, Sesto al Reghena, Chions, and Cordovado, with further agreements under evaluation in areas including Casarsa della Delizia and Cordenons.
