Pooh mark 60-year anniversary with Marsciano tour launch and Catania tribute book

The Italian pop group Pooh began its 60th‑anniversary tour, "Pooh60‑La Nostra Storia," on 10 July at the Checcarini stadium in Marsciano during the XXIV edition of the Musica per i borghi festival. Band members Roby Facchinetti, Dodi Battaglia, Red Canzian and Riccardo Fogli performed more than thirty hits, kicking off a summer series of outdoor concerts that will continue into autumn in indoor arenas across Italy.

In Catania, author Daniela Bombace Cavalli (pen name Anemue Bombace) released a self‑published book that intertwines her life story with reflections on Pooh's music. The tribute, inspired by the band's song "Cara sconosciuta," recounts personal memories, including an unexpected early‑morning encounter with singer Red, and was distributed free of charge with support from several official Pooh tribute bands.
