Pop star Kesha asks fans to mail her teeth

Kesha, the Grammy‑nominated pop star, has revived her long‑running hobby of collecting human teeth from fans. Since 2011 she has solicited fans’ incisors, canines and molars via X (formerly Twitter), first prompting a fan to send a tooth that she turned into jewelry.

On July 29 the singer posted a PO Box address on X, inviting followers to send teeth for use in necklaces, earrings, belts and a “wild” crown. She discussed the practice on the Las Culturistas podcast with hosts Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang, noting that the collection is displayed in jars at her home and that she began it because it “freaks out straight men.”

Kesha’s unusual request has sparked mixed reactions online, but she stresses the effort is genuine, saying she wants the teeth to create personalized jewelry and keep them as reminders of loved ones.
