Pop-up stores open in Utsunomiya and Kyoto

Several temporary retail pop-up stores are opening in Japan. In Utsunomiya, Calbee+ has opened a limited-time antenna shop at the Tobu Utsunomiya Department Store. The shop features exclusive products and popular snacks, such as fermented butter potato chips and anchovy garlic flavored potato chips. The event is scheduled to run until October 27, 2026.

In Kyoto, Wakasa Seikatsu is hosting the ‘Buru Buru-kun Blueberry Marche’ at Kyoto Porta from October 30 to November 8, 2026. The pop-up store will offer Kyoto-exclusive blueberry product packaging, character goods, and scheduled photo sessions with the character Buru Buru-kun.
