Pope Leo XIV Announces Weekly August Masses and Summer Schedule

Pope Leo XIV will celebrate a public Mass every week of August 2026, resuming his weekly Wednesday general audiences and delivering five Angelus addresses during the vacation month. The August liturgical programme includes Masses in Assisi on 6 August for the Transfiguration and in Rimini, as well as a solemn celebration of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Castel Gandolfo on 15 August.
