Popeyes adds nine new restaurants across Poland, total reaches 48

US fast‑food chain Popeyes announced the opening of nine additional outlets in Poland, raising its national footprint to 48 sites. The launch includes the brand’s debut in Bydgoszcz and new drive‑through locations in Jawornik, Jędrzejów, Ostróda, Poznań (Komorniki), and two outlets in Wrocław’s shopping centres. Existing markets such as Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź and others will also see new premises, bringing the total in the capital to ten.

The expansion is part of Popeyes’ broader Central‑Eastern European growth plan, which targets at least 70 new restaurants in the region by the end of 2026. Marketing Manager Kamila Węcka highlighted the focus on high‑traffic sites, including major highways, train stations and airports, to increase accessibility of the chain’s Louisiana‑style menu.
