Popustomanijak launches discount tracking service in Croatia

Popustomanijak, a new internet service, has launched in the Croatian market to aggregate discounts from over 300 domestic and international webshops. Unlike traditional price comparison tools that focus on specific products, this service functions as a catalog of current sales, tracking more than 2.5 million products daily.

Currently, over one million products are listed as discounted across categories including electronics, fashion, cosmetics, home equipment, and children's goods. The platform includes major retailers such as IKEA, Zalando, About You, JYSK, and dm.

Key features include price history charts to help users verify if a discount is genuine, wishlist functionality with email notifications for price drops, and the ability to save specific search criteria. While the service is free for consumers, it does not process purchases directly; instead, it redirects users to the respective retailer's website. The service is currently in a limited release phase accessible only via invitation, with plans to open registration to the public within two to four weeks.
