Porcinkule festivals light up Čakovec in Croatia and Jindřichův Hradec in the Czech Republic

The traditional Porcinkule pilgrimage fair is taking place in Čakovec, Croatia, with a multi‑day program that includes religious services at the Church of St. Nicholas, craft workshops, concerts, a historic‑themed market and open‑air activities across several city venues.

Meanwhile, Jindřichův Hradec, Czech Republic, hosts its own Porcinkule weekend featuring market stalls, amusement rides, free concerts by ABBA World Revival, the local big band and Klaret Strážský, as well as daily mass and liturgical celebrations at the Franciscan Church of St. Catherine. Both towns have introduced traffic restrictions to accommodate the events.
