Pordenone to host accelerated recruiting day for under-35s

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region is organizing the ‘Recruiting Day Young’ on November 12 at the Pordenone Fair. The event, held in collaboration with the Municipality of Pordenone and Pordenone Fiere Spa, features an accelerated selection format designed for candidates under the age of 35.

Participants will have five minutes to interview with each of four participating companies: La Piadineria, Lidl Italia, McDonald’s, and Gruppo NKD. A timer will be used to ensure candidates can effectively synthesize their professional profiles and skills within the strict time limits.

To prepare candidates for this format, the Region has scheduled a 50-minute training session on November 11 at 2:00 PM. This session, led by regional labor service operators, will focus on techniques for handling brief job interviews. Candidates are advised to bring five copies of their curriculum vitae to Pavilion 7.
