Poroszló Holds 2026 Gazda and Village Day Festival

On August 22, 2026, the town of Poroszló in Hungary will host the Gazda‑ and Falunap (Farmers' and Village Day) at the local Rendezvénytér. The all‑day event begins at 09:00 with a parade, followed by an official opening and a performance by the Tiszafüredi Twirling and Dance Studio Association. A prize‑giving ceremony takes place mid‑morning, and at 11:00 the children’s show "The Three‑Headed Dragon" entertains families. After a lunch program called "Magyarok Kenyere" and a musical interlude, a "Who Is the Bachelor on the Bridge?" competition is held at 14:00. The afternoon features a RetroShow, and the day concludes at 16:00 with a concert by singers Solti Ádám and Gallusz Niki. Throughout the festival, a market, a Hungarikum playground, and additional children’s activities are available for visitors.
