Porsche AG announces global sales organizational restructuring

Porsche AG has announced a major restructuring of its global sales and marketing organization, effective October 1, 2026. The reorganization will reduce the number of global sales regions from five to four to increase efficiency, agility, and decision-making speed.

Under the new structure, the German market will be integrated into the Europe region, led by Robert Ader. North, Central, and South American sales operations will be consolidated into a new ‘Americas’ region headed by Timo Leesch. China will maintain its current leadership under Alexander Polich. Additionally, Matthias Buess, the current head of Porsche Korea, will take on the dual role of overseeing emerging markets across the Middle East and Asia.

The restructuring involves dissolving existing central departments for Europe and emerging markets to grant more autonomy and responsibility to individual regions. This move aims to ensure more consistent execution of global strategies while allowing for faster responses to local market changes.
