Porsche 911 Turbo Porsche 991.1 GT3 Copart auction PDK transmission supercar auction

A Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet (997.2 generation) is heading to auction in Switzerland. The vehicle features a 3.8-liter biturbo flat-six engine producing approximately 500 hp and 650 Nm of torque. It is one of only 1,789 units produced between 2010 and 2012 and has covered fewer than 48,000 km.

In a separate development involving the Porsche 991.1 GT3, the YouTube team Porschemode purchased a model via the Copart auction platform for approximately €60,000. Although the vehicle was listed with a “knocking engine,” initial testing revealed more significant mechanical issues, including a suspected failure of the PDK transmission.
