Porsche sales champion Mou Qianwen targeted by online defamation

Mou Qianwen, a top-performing sales representative at the Porsche Qingdao Center in Shandong, has been the target of an online defamation campaign. Between 2023 and 2026, Qianwen established a record of high-volume sales, including selling 192 vehicles in 2025.

In October 2025, inappropriate and fake videos involving Qianwen began circulating in online chat groups. While there were initial suspicions that AI technology was used to create the content, a police investigation identified a local man in Qingdao as the perpetrator. The individual had shared Qianwen’s portrait alongside indecent videos to insult her.

As a result of the investigation, the man received a five-day administrative detention and was required to write a handwritten apology to Qianwen. Qianwen stated she does not know the individual and noted that he has not offered a sincere direct apology.
