Port Authority of Thailand distributes relief kits for Kanchanaburi floods

Deputy Minister of Transport Sannaphet Boonyamanee has coordinated with the Port Authority of Thailand and various private sector partners to provide relief for flood victims in Kanchanaburi province.

Over 1,500 relief kits containing dry food, drinking water, and essential living supplies have been donated by a group of port operators and shipping lines. Key contributors include Hutchison Ports Thailand, the LCB1 group, the Thai International Container Terminal Association (TICTA), and Jin Jiang Shipping.

The Port Authority of Thailand will manage the logistics to ensure these supplies are distributed quickly to the affected residents in Kanchanaburi to alleviate immediate hardships caused by the flooding.
