PORT MALL to expand its commercial space in Moldova

PORT MALL, the largest shopping center in the Republic of Moldova, has announced an expansion project to add 13,000 square meters of leasable space. Businessman Anatolie Golea confirmed the decision during the mall's third anniversary, citing high demand and strong performance indicators, including a 40% increase in traffic and a 64% increase in sales compared to the first year of operation.

The expansion, which is already underway in the building's right wing, is scheduled for inauguration in 2027. The new area will feature an expanded food court, a gym, relaxation spaces, a conference and event center, and an additional panoramic terrace.

This project is part of a larger long-term plan to develop a complex totaling 100,000 square meters of leasable space, including four office buildings and a multi-level parking garage with a 2,000-car capacity.
