Port of Brest maintains active maritime traffic through August

The commercial port of Brest is maintaining high levels of maritime activity throughout the summer of 2026.

Scheduled operations for the week of August 17 to August 23 include the unloading of 10,200 tonnes of soybeans by the bulk carrier BBC Plata, which arrived from Montreal, Canada. Additionally, the Spanish cargo ship Mundaka NM is expected to load 4,000 tonnes of scrap metal for transport to Ferrol, Spain.
