Portalegre to host first complementary and holistic therapies fair

The Convento de Santa Clara in Portalegre will host the 1st Complementary and Holistic Therapies Fair this Saturday. The event, running from 9:00 to 19:00, focuses on well-being, nature, family, and personal development.

The fair features various thematic spaces, including a Children's Space with family yoga and meditation, a Garden Space for sound therapy and relaxation, and a Nature Space offering tribal dance and Reiki. The Knowledge and Balance Space will host workshops on massage, aromatherapy, mindfulness for anxiety management, and discussions on Feng Shui.
